Happy

These past couple of weeks have been fun. We had a halloween party at our house but I won't bother posting any of those pictures because I put them on facebook. Last week I was able to go shopping with Chelsea before she gets married on November 1st! So excited for her. :) Brandon and I went down to the pumpkin patch to pick our own pumpkin to carve, my aunt Traci is in town from California and she came over to visit, Brandon and I went on our weekly Sunday walk, where he let me take pictures of him for my unending photo assignments, and Michael turned 17 on the 16th! I have the best brothers. It was so different celebrating something without Joseph. Good news though, he is leaving for Jamaica on Monday! So excited for him. :)

My favorite shot from our walk. :)

I love you Michael! I'm so glad you are my brother!

A Short One

Not a lot has been going on lately besides school. I had fall break this weekend but Brandon doesn't get one, so I didn't do anything too exciting besides go to work and lounge around. Brandon and I went to Addison's flag football game with his family. Also my mom and I went shopping for Michael's birthday tomorrow. I can't believe my brother is turning 17! Shopping with my mom is always fun. I'm excited for the rest of the week! Michael's birthday party tomorrow, a play date with Chelsea and a halloween party. :)

Fall

I love the fall! I love the temperature change, the leaves changing colors and breaking out my sweaters and boots. It marks the beginning of the holiday season for me. This semester I have two photography classes and I have gone out quite a few times to shoot my cameras. The down side is that one is dark room techniques and so I am using my film camera and it's black and white. Those aren't as easy to share as my digital pictures. These first few photos I just quickly snapped on my phone up the canyon because I was using my film camera. The last image I took on my digital for my digital imaging class. We then made our images black and white and added effects to them to make them more interesting. I am having a lot of fun with it. I just got my Photoshop CS6 in the mail. :) And I have a wonderful husband that comes on my walks with me. <3
